During virtual commissioning, a digital twin of the system is created already in the development phase, realistically simulating the behavior of the real system.
This allows the interaction of mechanics, electronics, control systems, and software to be tested at an early stage, helping to avoid planning errors and significantly reduce costs and commissioning times — especially for complex systems as well as extensions and retrofit projects.

Flexible Robotics Solutions
For many years, HAGE has been integrating industrial robots into special-purpose machines and production lines — from welding cells and pick-and-place systems to high-speed and collaborative applications. Robots from all leading manufacturers are integrated and flexibly selected according to customer requirements.Control Technology
Modern control technology forms the foundation for smooth system operation and, due to ongoing digitalization, places high demands on programming. HAGE has many years of experience and handles not only PLC programming, but also complete wiring, control cabinet construction, and electrical schematic design entirely in-house.
All HAGE systems can be equipped with or expanded by software solutions for advanced process monitoring and process documentation. A prime example is the in-house developed monitoring system “WeldCheck.” The software ensures consistently high quality of FSW weld seams. All process-relevant parameters are recorded and analyzed in real time.
