Real-Time Process Monitoring

Our Condition Monitoring System (CMS) records machine and process parameters in real time, evaluates them and supports continuous quality control as well as high system efficiency.

Smart Data Analysis for Maximum Transparency

Using specialized software packages, HAGE CMS analyzes all relevant data and visualizes it directly for the user:

  • Precise visualization — 2D line charts and 3D contour diagrams make process quality tangible.
  • Automated reporting — partially automated generation of analysis reports for evaluating reproducibility.
  • Fault prevention — reduction of unplanned downtime through early detection of deviations.
