HAGE has many years of experience and handles not only PLC programming, but also complete wiring, control cabinet construction, and electrical schematic design entirely in-house.

Process Monitoring

All HAGE systems can be equipped with or expanded by software solutions for advanced process monitoring and process documentation. A prime example is the in-house developed monitoring system “WeldCheck.” The software ensures consistently high quality of FSW weld seams. All process-relevant parameters are recorded and analyzed in real time.
